I have been in the travel business for over 30 years... My mother and grandmother started our travel agency in 1985 and even when I was in high school I would come in and work.  The travel bug bit me when my mom won a trip to Hong Kong and our family went there in 1991. From that point, I knew I really wanted to not only travel but help others experience travel adventures that will transform their lives!  I have enjoyed travels to most of most to Europe, Turkey, Greece, Mexico, Caribbean, much of the US including Alaska & Hawaii, and Canada ... I have 4 daughters who are now great travel companions and have experienced so much by traveling this wonderful World of ours.  I am constantly updating my training and am a certified expert for many cruises, such as Viking, AMA, Princess, Crystal, Holland America, Royal Caribbean, Carnival and more .  I specialize in customized luxury and exotic travel.  Helping people plan and prepare for their dream vacation has been my passion for over 15 years.  As soon as I graduated high school, I started at TravelMasters which is a family-owned travel agency in Wickenburg, AZ.  In addition to basic certification, I have also completed certification for many cruise lines and exciting destinations such as Australia, Hawaii, Mexico, Alaska, the Caribbean, and more.  

Continuing to update my education, I take online courses and attend seminars on everything from Destination Weddings and Honeymoons to Active and Adventure Travel to Luxury European River Cruises.  The travel world is constantly changing and it’s my job to keep up so I can better serve my clients!

I am truly dedicated to outstanding customer service and providing the best value to my clients.  Having cruise and travel experience myself, I know what questions to ask to make sure I am booking you the vacation that is right for you.  Nothing makes me happier than when my clients come back from vacation and can’t stop telling me what a wonderful time they had.

Title: No Worries

 While traveling to the airport - I received a notice from the airline saying my flight was delayed. I was going to miss my connection, so I called Travel Masters and they switched my flight to connect through a different city.  I got to my final destination with no problems. All the other passengers on the other  flights were scrambling to make other arrangements on their own, while I made a simple phone call Travelmasters handled it for me. How wonderful, and stress-free!

Set up an all day trip of a lifetime. My nephew flew in from Chicago and had never seen the Grand Canyon. Sally set up a trip where we flew from Deer Valley Airport to the South Rim of the Canyon. From there we were flown down through the Canyon and to a helipad at the Colorado River. We when took a pontoon boat done the River and floated back to the pier. A helicopter picked us up flew back through the Canyon and back up to the ridge. Grabbed a short bus ride to the Sky Walk and had a great photo session.. Grab another short bus ride to our lunch location, checked out old mine whose’s cable ran across the Canyon and explored old Native American housing while watching Native American dance. Back to the bus for a short ride to the set of an old Western Town. Finally back to the Grand Canyon Airport where we reboarded our airplane and were flown back to Deer Valley Airport and given photos of our original departure. We were treated like royalty never standing in massive lines. We’ll remember this for our life’s. Kudos to Travel Masters ( Sally ) for an unbelievable day. Jeff & nephew Paul

From car rentals when my car is in the shop, to Planning a 10 city honeymoon; Sally is ready and capable, taking all aspects of booking, travel, and all issues that may arise away from the user and handling it all herself. She has made our travel experiences so much better!

Title: A challenge met.

We tasked Sally with a big challenge and she delivered. There were 4 in our group - from 3 different states all wanting to visit Ireland in July. She coordinated our flights allowing us to meet stateside then fly together to Dublin. We asked for a private driver, and planned our itinerary. Sally was able to get us exactly what we wanted. Sally is a true professional in every sense of the word. We met Sally while we lived in Wickenburg however after we moved to Las Vegas, Nevada (4 hours away from Wickenburg, Arizona) we elected to still use her instead of a Las Vegas agent. We travel with Sally's guidance. She knew what we wanted to relax, she knew the casual destinations we would enjoy, but she most of all listened. The greatest thrill knowing Sally is her smile.
